ENERGY EXCHANGE PROGRAM

The Fifth Dance Energy Exchange Program is a dynamic opportunity for individuals to engage with our studio on a deeper level while enjoying the benefits of free dance classes. As an Energy Exchange (EE) participant, you'll become an integral part of our dance community by committing to a weekly shift with a minimum commitment of 3 months.

Your Role:

As an EE participant, you'll take on a variety of essential roles during your shifts, including:

  1. Opening & Closing: You will be the friendly face that welcomes students and visitors to The Fifth Dance and the last one to wish them a good rest of their day.

  2. Cleaning: Keeping our studio clean and inviting is a top priority. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining a tidy and hygienic environment for everyone to enjoy.

  3. Problem Solving: Our students may have questions or encounter challenges during their time at the studio. You'll be there to assist, answer questions, and find solutions to ensure everyone has a seamless dance experience.

Benefits:

In exchange for your dedication and commitment, The Fifth Dance offers the following benefits:

  1. Free Dance Classes: You'll have the opportunity to take dance classes of your choice, free of charge.

  2. Free Studio Space: For every shift you work, you will get a designated amount of studio space, free of charge.

  3. Discounts: As an EE, you will get access to exclusive discounts on merch & workshops.

Program Requirements:

To ensure the success of the Energy Exchange Program, participants must adhere to the following requirements:

  1. Commitment: Participants are required to commit to the same 4.5-hour shift on a weekly basis for a minimum of three months. This commitment ensures consistency and reliability within our program.

  2. Responsibility: EE participants are expected to fulfill their assigned duties responsibly, including arriving on time for their shifts and performing their tasks diligently.

  3. Community Engagement: Engaging with our dance community is key. We encourage participants to interact with fellow students, instructors, and staff, fostering a sense of community.
