Led by experienced instructors, each session whether it be pop-up single workshops or an 8-week series offers invaluable insights and techniques to elevate your practice. Ballet Lab with Sarahí was made for you. In a focused three-hour workshop, you'll work on the specific skills and details that turn an Absolute Beginner into a Beginner, and a Beginner into an Intermediate.
Unlike a regular drop-in class, Ballet Lab keeps class size small, so you get more personalized corrections and focused attention.
Drawing on years of teaching experience, studio director Sarahí has distilled the elements that take your dancing to the next level, and she's excited to share them in this new format.
This practice explores Queer, Trans, and Gender expansive embodiment through curiosity, creativity, and community. Rooted in Dreamwalker Dance’s Conscious Bodies Practice (Andrea Nann, Artistic Director), it invites participants into a shared space of connection and resilience.
Using movement, sound, writing, image-capturing, and relational activities, we foster agency, presence, and celebration. The approach is person- and community-centered, with a strong focus on collective exploration and co-creation.
Participants leave with a deeper sense of the dancing artist within, and a strengthened relationship to their body and community.

Explore the fundamentals of contemporary dance with a different focus in each class including floorwork, partnering, musicality, improvisation and more. This series aims to facilitate a judgement-free space to explore movement and tune into your imagination, emotions, and sensations. Classes will include a warm-up, set movement phrases, guided improvisation and choreography.
Join Sarahi for this 15-week course is designed for dancers who want to start their pointe journey. We will guide you through the basic concepts and mechanics, understanding the anatomy, and building confidence.
Explore the fundamentals of contemporary floorwork through action-and-reaction games and improvisation, dancers will develop spatial awareness, strengthen the connection between body and mind, and build the strength and mobility needed to move confidently on the floor. Over eight weeks, dancers will build physical strength, coordination, and confidence while cultivating a deeper connection to their bodies and creative instincts.
This 8-week course is designed for adults with no previous ballet or movement experience who are curious about ballet and want a welcoming, supportive introduction to the form. Series I moves at a slow, accessible pace and prioritizes comfort, clarity, and understanding. Dancers will learn not only how to move, but also what things are called and why they are done.
This 8-week course is designed for dancers who have a basic understanding of ballet vocabulary and are ready to begin expanding their practice in a structured, supportive environment. This series emphasizes repetition and thoughtful progression, allowing dancers to build strength, coordination, and confidence while developing a strong relationship to classical ballet technique.
Privates
Private sessions are often a great way to work on specific areas of your body, specific steps, techniques and progressions.
We offer a vast number of length options that go from 20 minutes (recommended for level assessments and Absolute Beginner Ballet dancers) to 120 minutes (recommended for rehearsals, audition/photoshoot prep and coaching in general).
You can choose to book a private session for anything and everything your heart desires including but not limited to intro to pointe, body placement, conditioning, PBT and yoga, 4Pointe, contemporary, choreography coaching (both as a performer and a choreographer) and show production amongst others.
Please note: For Private Sessions, all bookings, changes and cancellations must be done 48hrs prior to the class. Late cancellation will result in the loss of the private session and a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the value of the session.
