We’re test-driving a new rental system through our website for December and giving you a discount on Monday mornings!
Please note that the December Rental promotion cannot be used for pay-to-attend classes. These rental slots are reserved for artists and self-funded projects.
Terms & Conditions: Standard booking policies automatically apply to all December Deal Rentals, see below for rental policies. Online reservations through Momence required to secure the rental booking, subject to availability.
Main Studio:
Perfect for rehearsals, group classes, and events! Enjoy a sprung marley dance floor, natural light, barres, mirrors (with a curtain for optional coverage), and a sound system. Plus, independent climate control ensures your comfort.
Small Studio:
Ideal for 1:1 sessions, small group classes, and intimate shoots! Embrace the cozy atmosphere with a sprung dance floor, mirrors, and climate control. Ballet barres are also an available option in the small studio.
Restrictions:
NO outdoor shoes allowed on the dance floors.

By booking the December discount, you acknowledge & agree to our standard Rental Policies:

Our studio is a shared professional space. To maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all dancers, renters are responsible for leaving the studio in the same condition as when they arrived. If the studio is not left clean and orderly a $40 cleaning fee will be applied.
Studio access is granted only upon full payment of the invoice.
The Renter is responsible for securing appropriate insurance for classes and rehearsals, and creating contracts for clients, guests, or rehearsal partners. Alternatively, they may waive this responsibility with the understanding that we are not liable.
The Renter must supervise all individuals accompanying them and must remain on the Premises at all times during their presence.
Any rentals involving minors (individuals under 18 years of age) must be under the supervision of responsible adults at all times within the Premises.
The Renter is responsible for ensuring safety precautions are taken by all participants on the Premises. The Fifth Dance is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or property damage. In the event of a critical incident, contact us immediately via TEXT or CALL at 647-746-5355 and, if necessary, call 911.

Violation of any provision of this Agreement or its associated Schedules by the Renter or any accompanying individuals grants The Fifth Dance the right to terminate this Agreement and all future bookings without refund.

Requests for postponement must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking.
Please note that refunds will not be provided for canceled bookings within 48 hours.
If the required notice is provided, studio credit will be offered for the postponed booking.
No refunds will be issued for cancelled or postponed bookings.
Postponed bookings may only be offered at the discretion of The Fifth Dance, subject to availability.
Failure to Provide Notice: If the required 48-hour notice is not provided for a postponement, studio credit may not be offered.

Purpose: To ensure clarity and consistency in the advertising of classes and programs run at The Fifth Dance studio, thereby reducing confusion regarding schedules.
Scope: This policy applies to all independent teachers, program coordinators, and anyone running their own businesses out of The Fifth Dance studio.
Policy Statement: All advertising materials (including but not limited to flyers, posters, email marketing, social media posts, and ads, as well as advertising marketplaces such as ClassPass and MindBody) for classes and programs must include the following information:

Compliance: Compliance with this policy is mandatory for all independent teachers, program coordinators, and business operators within The Fifth Dance studio. Non-compliance may result in the revocation of privileges to run classes or programs at The Fifth Dance.
