Join us for a special community workout in support of our local food bank. Bring two equal-sized canned food items and get ready to move and break a sweat!
Along with our canned food items, a portion of the class proceeds will be donated to The Daily Bread Food Bank. This class will be a Pilates and dance-inspired workout and is suitable for all levels. Come celebrate movement with us, and join the cause to help end hunger in our communities!
