Beginner Contemporary Series II with Alli Carry
Beginner Contemporary Series II is a direct continuation of Series I and is designed for dancers who have established foundational contemporary skills and are ready to deepen their practice. This series builds on familiar movement principles while increasing pace, coordination, and physical demand.
Classes move more fluidly through known structures, allowing dancers to work with longer movement phrases, more complex floorwork, and layered improvisational tasks. Series II emphasizes clarity, continuity, and dynamic range, supporting dancers as they refine their movement choices and develop greater confidence and creative independence.
Each class includes a progressive warm-up, more intricate movement phrases, guided improvisation, and choreography. Over eight weeks, dancers will strengthen stamina, musical awareness, and expressive range, preparing them for a transition toward more intermediate-level contemporary training.
