The Fifth Dance is happy to present our third
SUMMER INTENSIVE 2024!
Mon June 3- Fri June 7 & Wed June 12-Fri June 14

Location: The Citadel, 304 Parliament Street
A 2-week long intensive of daily technique class and creation processes with established Toronto dance artists, culminating in TWO studio showing performances on Saturday, June 15th and Sunday, June 16th at The Citadel + Compagnie Theatre Studio. Geared toward pre-professional and emerging artists (ages 17+) with a focus on contemporary dance, participants will experience working with established Toronto dance artists in an inclusive and supportive environment to facilitate creative discovery and professional development.
The Fifth’s third Summer Intensive welcomes Creation Process artists Rockbottom Movement Artistic Director Alyssa Martin and Frog in Hand Artistic Director Colleen Snell as well as collaborator Micha Baltman, alongside morning technique instructors Samantha Grist, Eric Hall and special workshop facilitators Andrew Gaboury and Alice Cavanagh amongts others.
At the end of the intensive, two participants will receive a full scholarship for continued training at The Fifth.
Additional workshops that are open as drop-ins and summer intensive events are to be announced!
