This 16-week course is designed for dancers who want to start their pointe journey. We will guide you through the basic concepts and mechanics, understanding the anatomy, and building confidence. By the end of the course, you may feel prepared to start the next level, beginner pointe. However, some dancers choose to repeat the course to solidify their knowledge and build strength. A consistent ballet practice is essential for this course.
