It’s about getting still and NOTICING, and then moving energy to shift into a more conscious experience. Choosing our thoughts more carefully.  Expanding the body and mind’s capacity for freedom, trust, inspiration and joy through Mindset, Breathe, Energy and Movement. To feel more confident, trusting, vibrant and brave.

.

Be still and KNOW. Write it down. Breathe. Move. And MAKE it TRUE.

.

For dancers to shed old limiting beliefs and use the power of movement to process new ones.

.

This workshop offers mind, body and soul work; an intersection of spirituality, self-development and somatic release with a splash of BEYONCE energy. A sacred space to lead yourself, and feel more clarity and confidence, culminating in an epic dance party!
