In-Studio | FREE Hip Mobility Magic with Trilogy

  • The Fifth Dance 366 Adelaide Street East Toronto, ON, M5A 3X9 Canada (map)

Want to deepen your splits, improve your turnout or master your arabesque?

Hip mobility is essential for mastering key ballet positions and preventing injuries. Gaining and maintaining good hip mobility goes so much deeper than stretching, it requires a balance of flexibility and strength to achieve the highly mobile hips required in ballet.

In this workshop, you will learn the magic of opening your hips, learn how to activate key muscle groups that will make you stronger and more agile in hip-opening positions, and take home a simple, easy-to-do program that ensures you continue to improve your hip mobility.
