Stefanie Tsabar is a ballet dancer and poet. She danced with American Ballet Theatre from 1994 to 1999 and holds a BA from Columbia University. Her poetry about her experience as a professional ballerina has been featured in The Dance Current and is forthcoming in Syncopation Literary Journal. Sixteen years after retiring from ABT, she returned to the studio as a freelance dancer, challenging deep-seated beliefs that ballet has an age limit. She recently moved to Toronto with her family and sweet little dog.
Her class focuses on musicality, personal expression and sound technique
