Intro to Breaking

Intro to Breaking: will chronicle the beginnings of Breaking and its roots in Hip Hop Culture. This course is ideal for dancers with no experience, and will provide students with some of the first building blocks of Breaking. Lace up your sneakers and come ready to learn!


When: Saturdays, August 2nd & 9th
Where: Main Studio at 366 Adelaide East

Intermediate/Advanced Breaking Foundations

Intermediate/Advanced Breaking Foundations: This course will detail some of the more complex movements and concepts found in Breaking. A deeper dive into the culture, and its numerous facets, ideal for dancers with prior experience, or professional/semi professional practices in other dance genres.


When: Saturdays, August 16th & 23rd

Time: 2:30pm-4:30pm

About Bryce

Bryce Taylor is a Breaker, contemporary dancer and emergent choreographer newly based in Toronto Ontario. They began Breaking at the age of 13, and would begin their classical dance training at the age of 15. Bryce would become a company dancer with Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet in 2019, and later would join Ballet Edmonton as a company dancer in 2020-2022. Following their time with these companies Bryce would begin working as an independent artist, and would reconnect with the Canadian Breaking community. Bryce’s diversity, and incredible skill as an artist makes them truly unique in the Canadian arts Landscape.
