How can we use momentum as a primary force within our movement? In this workshop we will research deeply the use of our continuous flow, to flirt with the indulgence in our off axis, and find ease as we glide through these plains of movement. We will develop strength through the awareness of awkward positions and how we can "crash to create”.
Influenced by my roots within the breaking scene, and my journey into the contemporary dance world, I aim to guide us to a feeling of fluidity between all levels of our dance.
