These classes will be founded strongly on the principles of Limón modern, exploring the use of weight, suspension, fall and recovery, breath to inform dynamics, etc. with an emphasis on sound anatomical alignment and kinaesthetic efficiency. We will explore these concepts in a “classic” class structure, beginning with a floor warm-up and then moving through more complex, comprehensive phrase work in the centre and travelling throughout the space.
